Content Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers all content on CRX, a brand of YOU MADE MY DAY LTD (Israel, company no. 517347712). That includes every message, photo, voice note and phone call in our VIP groups, and anything members send us. It is part of our Terms of Service.

2. Adults only (18+)

CRX and everything in it are for adults aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher. Users must also be legally allowed to view adult content where they live.

3. Age requirements

Members. Every member must confirm they are 18 or older before getting access, and that confirmation is a condition of our Terms of Service. A payment card is not proof of age, and we do not treat it as one. We may ask for proof of age at any time. If we believe an account belongs to a minor, we close it immediately and report it where the law requires.

Everyone in our content or on our team. We require that every person whose image, likeness or voice appears in CRX content, and every team member who takes part in conversations or calls:

  • is 18 or older, verified with government-issued photo ID before taking part;
  • has identity and age records kept on file as described in section 10; and
  • has signed a written agreement with us.
  • We require written consent from every real person who appears in or contributes to CRX content. The consent covers being depicted, how the content is used, its distribution to our members, and the editing or enhancement of their images with AI tools.
  • We keep these consents on file. A person may withdraw consent for future use at any time by contacting us (see section 8).
  • We never create or publish content that depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent. That includes deepfakes, face swaps and “look-alike” content of celebrities or private individuals.
  • Members must not send us images of anyone else without that person’s consent.

5. Prohibited content

The following is never allowed on CRX. The ban applies whether the content is real, drawn, simulated or made with AI tools, and whether it is an image, a voice note, text or role-play:

  • any sexual content involving or suggesting a person under 18, including wording or themes that imply youth (for example “teen”, “schoolgirl” or age-play);
  • non-consensual sexual activity, including rape, coercion, sexual activity with someone asleep, intoxicated or unconscious, and hidden-camera or “revenge” content;
  • incest, bestiality, necrophilia or snuff;
  • extreme violence, mutilation or torture, or bodily waste in a sexual context;
  • content depicting a real person without their consent, including celebrities;
  • human trafficking, sexual exploitation, prostitution or escort services, or any offer to meet in person;
  • content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or anyone’s privacy or publicity rights;
  • threats, harassment, hate speech, or promotion of illegal drugs, weapons or self-harm;
  • anything else that is illegal where it is created or received.

We do not use marketing or descriptions that suggest any of the above.

6. Content review

  • We require that only team members whose age and identity we have verified publish content to VIP groups.
  • We require every photo and voice note to be checked against this policy before it is published.
  • Our team supervises every conversation and call, and can stop a conversation, remove content and close accounts.

7. Our team and AI tools

CRX is run by our human team, with AI tools:

  • Our team supervises every conversation and often writes replies itself.
  • AI tools help the team draft replies, edit and enhance images, and keep replies fast.
  • Phone calls are with members of our team.
  • CRX personas are creator characters, and photos may be edited or enhanced with AI tools.

Everything in sections 4 and 5 applies in full to content made or edited with AI tools. AI tools are never used to create prohibited content or to depict a real person without consent.

8. Reporting content and requesting removal

Anyone, member or not, can report content they believe is illegal, non-consensual or against this policy. Anyone who appears in content can ask for it to be removed.

How to report. Email support@crx-platform.com with the subject line “Content report”, and include:

  • where the content is (persona name, group, date, or a description);
  • why you are reporting it;
  • if you appear in it, enough information for us to confirm that. We keep this confidential.

Our commitments:

  • We will confirm receipt within 1 business day.
  • Content reported as possibly involving a minor or non-consent will be taken down while we review it.
  • We will review every valid report and, where it is upheld, remove the content within 7 business days of the report. We will tell you the outcome.
  • If you appear in content and did not consent, or have withdrawn consent, we will remove it within 7 business days of a valid request.
  • Suspected child sexual abuse material will be removed, preserved as the law requires, and reported to the authorities, including the US National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the Israel Police.

Appeals. If you disagree with our decision, reply to our decision email with “Appeal”. A different team member will review the case and answer within 7 business days. If a person depicted in content asks for its removal and consent is disputed, the content stays down while the dispute is resolved.

You can also report concerns to our payment processor, whose contact details are shown on the payment page and on your payment receipt.

If you believe content on CRX infringes your copyright, email support@crx-platform.com with the subject line “Copyright notice”. Include:

  • the work you believe is infringed;
  • the content you believe infringes it;
  • your contact details;
  • a statement that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.

We will respond within 7 business days.

10. 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 compliance statement

All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on this service were 18 years of age or older when the depiction was created.

YOU MADE MY DAY LTD requires proof of age and identity for every performer before any depiction is created. It keeps the records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for all visual depictions it produces.

Those records are held by the Custodian of Records:

Any visual content on this service that was not produced by YOU MADE MY DAY LTD, or that contains no depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct, is exempt from these record-keeping requirements. That includes content created entirely with AI tools and showing no real person.

11. Enforcement

Breaking this policy can lead to removal of content, suspension, or permanent closure of access without a refund. Where the law requires, we also report it to the authorities.
